Mother's Day 2025 is on Sunday, the 11th of May.
Project With Love… Empowers Children at CHOC Children's Hospital and Rady Children's Hospital to Give a Gift of Love on Mothers Day!!
Project With Love… was created in 2008 by Linda Kamka as a fundraiser to inspire the community into making bracelets that would be given to the children at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and this year to Rady Children's Hospital. These children, who were not in a position to get presents for their mothers or loved ones for Mother’s Day, will now be able to choose a beautiful piece of jewelry they can give!
Linda wanted to provide an opportunity for the community to get together and give from their hearts to support, empower and touch the hearts of the children. Linda’s inspiration for creating the Project With Love… was motivated through participation in a Leadership Program in 2008.
The jewelry is individually wrapped in clear bags and complete with a gift tag that can be filled out by the child to personalize for their mother. All the jewelry will then be delivered to the children by the staff.
